Walking distance to Puskar Stadium, and High Street for food and drink. House comes with sofa bed for up to 10 guests. Regular rate is for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Acess to Basement Bedroom, Lounge, Full Bath, and Yoga is available for an extra charge, please contact me for details.

Basement lounge, bedroom, full bathroom, and yoga studio is additionally available for groups up to 8 adults and 2 children (queen bed for adults and pull out sofa bed for children). Access to basement provided via smart lock on interior door.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Michael was very helpful with some last-minute questions, which was impressive given that he was half a world away, and in a different time zone, in Spain. This was my first experience renting an Airbnb, and it was definitely a positive experience. This property was in a convenient location, with ample parking and easy access to Evansdale and the downtown campus areas. I would recommend renting here as opposed to hotel accommodations.

It was an amazing stay yet again!! We stayed here a few months back & it was just as amazing as the last time!! I will really try to get this air bnb everytime I go!! Very recommended!!

We had a great stay. The property is situated near downtown amenities and Evansdale, making it the perfect location! Having designated parking was ideal. The house itself was great. We had 7 in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone to hang out. Having the kitchen at our disposal meant homemade breakfasts before starting our busy days. The house was clean and well organized. We’d love to stay again!
